Public Schools and Dyslexia

This is one of the most comprehensive videos about dyslexia and public schools I have seen.  Discussed are the many myths surrounding dyslexia including people thinking that a child who is intelligent can’t be dyslexic or that dyslexia doesn’t even exist.  Parents often don’t know where to turn for help.  Many people don’t realize that most public schools don’t recognize dyslexia and are not providing the types of services these children need and deserve.
